Stretch and Massage Guide for Musicians
Note:
-- All massage and stretch should be gentle, if there are unwanted pain cause by exercise, you should stop until the pain goes away.
- Do not do excessive stretching, we recommend doing the stretch and massage before and after practice
- This is a routine guide for stretch, relax and massage your tense muscles and fingers. We recommend spend 5 minutes on this guide everyday.
