Standard Shopping Policy
All items displayed on the website are available for order.  Products in stock will ship within 24-72 hours of your order being placed and credit card payment processed. Note, all products will be shipped directly from the supplier, and Clarinet U and staff do not hold, distribute, or ship any product. If the suppliers are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will contact you. Shipping policy for special order items will be quoted per order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

We will provide a tracking number for you if the supplier is able to provide to us. 
All international shipping time variate, depends on the location of the supplier and buyer. 

Standard Return Policy
Please contact Clarinet U if you would like to return any portion of your order. All requests for a return or exchange must be made within 15 days from the invoice date. Reed, sheet music are not returnable. Once a return has been authorized, we will contact the supplier to provide you a return address. The supplier must receive the product within 15 days. 
Returned merchandise must arrive to us in perfect saleable condition, in its original packaging if possible, and must be accompanied by the original store receipt or email receipt.
Should you return an item that qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded for the cost of the item minus the actual shipping and handling cost of the original package.
