Do You Ship to My Country?

We accept orders and ship internationally to most countries, but we reserve the right to cancel any order for certain regions.

Will I Have to Pay Customs or Taxes?

Please note that international orders (including to the USA) may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees. We have no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more information please contact your local government office before placing your order.

How much is the shipping?

All shipping variate depends of the supplier/storefront. We do have a standard domestic shipping (USA), and Standard international shipping option. All shipping price are different depend on the supplier's shipping price and policy.

Do you offer trial?

We don't offer trial for most of the product. Some product and supplier offer returns. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return policy on the supplier's storefront. A return shipping fee might be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer ambassador or partnership program?

Yes! Clarinet U is open for all kinds of partnership or ambassadorship submission. If you want to become a proud ambassador of a certain product, please CONTACT US with your inquiry. If you have a partnership proposal, please email info@clarinetu.com with you detailed proposal.

 

Do you have a physical store where we can try the product?

Clarinet U is solely online, and doesn't have a physical store. We are hoping to open one in the future!
